Services
We provide NHS and private pharmacy services in line with General Pharmaceutical Council standards. Our pharmacists may decline to supply medicine where clinically inappropriate.
Bookings
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your slot. Late cancellations may incur a fee for private services. We will always try to accommodate genuine reasons.
Payments
NHS services are free at the point of use where eligible. Private services and prescriptions are payable on the day, by card or cash.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything which by law cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always on this page.
