Kindred is the data controller for the personal information we collect about you. We take privacy seriously and only collect what we need to provide pharmacy services.
What we collect
Name, date of birth, NHS number, contact details, medical history relevant to the service, and payment information for private services. For NHS services we may receive prescriptions from your GP via the NHS Spine.
How we use it
To dispense medicines safely, provide clinical services, contact you about your prescriptions or appointments, and meet our regulatory obligations as a registered pharmacy.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it: your GP, NHS Digital, the General Pharmaceutical Council where required, and our regulated suppliers. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or in some cases delete it. To do so, contact us at [email protected].

You can complain to us directly, or to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
